Hi guys I released my first game Ninja Tap about 2 weeks ago on the iPhone. Not a great response despite some reviews and ads, my best day was 13 downloads with most days around 3-6 downloads. I didn't think I'd even bother with an iPad version. But I'm glad I did! I just uploaded Ninja Tap HD and got 23 downloads on the first day in 9 different countries with absolutely no reviews, ads, forum spamming or promo codes. :) Not a bad response!

How do you release or make an iPad version if you originally made it for the iPhone?!

You have to resize all of your graphics and game assets so that they will look and play correctly on the iPad.

And when using GS, you have to change the "Target Platform and Orientation" choice in the GS Creator

Just to update I have also got 20+ per day in the following days too. Not too bad!

Yes it's a bit of a hassle resizing everything, as the iPad screen is a different screen ratio (1024x768), hence why I wasn't going to bother putting in the extra effort. Turns out it was worth it though in my case at least. My game really is better suited for the bigger screen though.
