How early before I release an app should I submit to pr mac?

Should I submit to pr mac when I submit the app, a week before, after it is in the app store?

I haven't used them yet but plan to on my next release but I would probably not do it till I know apple has okayed it and its live, Besides you want your live iTunes link in the PR I would think.

Yea, I agree. I would probably wait until the day of or the day after release. That seems like the best time strategically.
