Basic vs Professional

ok, i know i havent posted on here. tho my game is about done and im about to get it ready for the app store. i was going to buy the professional acct. but i looked at the features link:

i notice that both basic and professional both have ios publishing. the professional has extras:

iAd Functionality
Game Center Leaderboards
Promotional Links
White-labeled Loading Screen
Priority Technical Support

as of right now i dont plan on using any of these. tho i am not sure what "White-labeled Loading Screen" is? is that the game salad logo intro?

so my basic question is, can i put games on the apple store without buying the Professional? because i thought you had to. but i dont see anything in the Professional saying that you can in there and cant in the Basic.

o ok thx for the explanation tshirtbooth. and thx for the welcome uptimistik. i may grab the Professional then soon anyways. b/c i have a few apps in mind. and some cater to people who have problems, kinda to help them out. and they might feel embarrassed everytime they go to use it if the sound blasts XD

@svn : its a speed based game, collecting coins in short periods of time, about 2seconds to about 10, tho since exporting to the ipod, and others trying it and saying its too hard. im making it a little eazier for them to ease into it XD, so i added extra time for a few boards. very super mario bros like graphics. tryin to keep the 16bit look. tho im not sticking to it 100% its not quite complete, i have to complete the ending for where u get the girl. and im redoing a few graphics and tying in sounds and junk. hope its done in a few weeks. or at least before the new iphone comes out lol
