GameCenter Issue - Scores wont Posting

Hello,
I'm having trouble with GameCenter. This is the first time I have set this up, but I've follow TShirtBooth's video exactly and I'm still having trouble.
I am actually updating an App already on the store that currently doesn't have GC. So, I changed the distribution provision to AdHoc and downloaded it again.
I then also set up a leaderboard for my current app. I clicked enable GC under App Details. So far, so good.
I've added all the attributes correctly and the ID's are all correct.
The problem is posting scores. I'm signed in to GC in Sandbox mode and I can actually view the leaderboard fine, it all loads correctly which makes me think that I haven't messed anything up along the way. After my player dies, I set a post score which seems to go through fine (As far as I know).
But upon checking the leaderboard, it just says 'no scores'. I've left it for 2 days and occassionally tried to post scores again. I'm giving up hope!

2. There is not a single score showing, even if I just create a button to post a score.
3. The highscores are intergers, highest to lowest. 1000 being better than 0.
Note:
I know the leaderboard has been created fine, because I can load it up and see the icon and the name of the leaderboard. It's purely just posting a score.
I am updating an app that I already have on the store. I created a new version in iTunes Connect and went from there. I changed the provision to an Ad Hoc so I really cannot understand why it wont work.
