are level designs copyright?

iam working on a mini putt gold game and so far i have more than 100 holes, so i went to try different golf games to see how the controls are working and which are better but then since i play alot of holes i noticed some are very similar to mine, i dont want hat they said i copy their hole design, for example i made this straight hole where you have to pass the ball across the water on a platform, and i find the same type on a golf game, do you think i will have troubles with this, i mean there are thousands of holes design and will be so hard not to have some same ones.

    Don't worry guilleface. I know for a fact that although some developers copyright stuff faster than perfume companies, you won't have trouble with the level design, as long as all your art, code,music is either your own creation, paid for by you, or a public-domain-type thing. Good luck with your game!
