Physics: "Drag" setting not stopping actor

In my new game... I basically have the equivalent of a puck gliding across the floor. It's "Hit" with Change Velocity. With Drag, the actor slows down. Yet, the actor has trouble completely stopping. It just seems to shake or float around instead of completely stopping.

    I remember this one in a test i did a while back.....i "think" i did something like if motion velocity < 5 constrain it.... but not 100% sure.

    Yeah, I'm using a kludge like that, and it just sucks the joy out of this project.
    I started this thread because I thought GameSalad should know.
