72 DPI

Mammoth

Photoshop's default is 300 DPI. I personally always forget to change this. Is there anyway that when you upload the PSD to game salad it could rasterize it to 72 dpi?

Would be a nice feature for sure there's a quick way to tell if you imported the wrong dpi as the actor is a lot smaller than expected.

I would suggest getting into the habit of using "save for web and devices" in Photoshop instead of just saving from Photoshop. It drops a lot of overhead in the files and you can select 8 or 24 bit png depending on the need.
