Can't upload / publish my game this day

I try to upload a game for a signed package from GS.
So I can upload it to the Apple to publish it.
The GS uploader runs but never stops anymore...tried many times now.
Last night and other days before, the program still worked for my other games, but not this morning.
I think GS has currently an error somewhere?
Are there more people who have problems this day?
