I am working on my next game, and would like a few different people to help me out. I will not pay in parts of the sales, I just pay a one time amount. I need a:

Level Designer (45 levels to start off with, will need more later on.)
Artist (An artist to do a few different backgrounds and some other items. Preferably 3D)
Someone to help me get over one little glitch.

The game isn't 3D, but I want the art to have lighting, and the illusion of being 3D
