export/import of actor+rules?

Anyone have or know of a tool to export an actor plus its rules?

I spend so much time repeating the same work between projects, to be able to export and import actors would be a god send.

    I don't know if you could manually tear apart the XML files, but I figured the best way to go about this before such a feature gets implemented is by creating a basic template game, then base all your future projects off of it.
