Can't see HTML preview. Can't publish HTML

Hi
I took a break of about five months from my project. When I came back to it today I updated to the latest GS version, but now my project will not display as an HTML preview, nor can I publish it as an HTML project to the arcade. This is the same file I used as the live iOS file in the App store.
It also seems a bit more jerky than before. Did I miss some important tweaks or workarounds?
