Big Problem with Drag an Drop template

i have jsut started on this wonderful app designing software. i was wanting an drag and drop with rotation template to get me started. howver i could not find one so i started on my own. i started annd i added the drag and drop and constrain into the game already. however my graphics have only just started.

i was wondering if anybody can help me with this problem. when i have added the drag and drop with an neon pole it works find. howver when it comes to rotating the triangle as well it will not.

ok, then i will ask an question. how do you make the actor not thinks it needs to be dragged and how do you change it to rotate as well as drag then

how do you make my actor think to rotate but not drag. but i still want the actor to be dragable how can i do it
