Is this a problem or it is supposed to happen like this (GC related)

I have 3 leaderboards on the game I am testing.
I set the leaderboard button to go to the first leaderboard which it said default.
Every time I press the button it says unable to load and doesnt show anything.
If I go directly to game center using the sandbox I can see the scores as they are supposed to be.
The question is: The unable to load, is supposed to happen or am I doing something wrong.
This is my second time setting GC but is the first time I make more than one leaderboard so I am kind of confused.
