Hi,
can i design a game like spy mouse using gamesalad? if yes, would run smoothly, do i have to restrict it to 3gs and iphone 4/

    The mechanics should pretty much all be possible. You can't add movies for cut scenes. How you put it together will effect the load times and smoothness. You will have to test and make the judgement of acceptability yourself for what devices it 'works' on. The rest is just hard graft on the artwork, game and level design.

    will can i make the actor follow my touches path without arrays?

    Yes. You can add 'way points' with touch that the actor aims for then, and when achieved, goes onto the next.

    but spwan attribute will affect performance
