Contraining an actor's Y position based on another scrolling actor

Hi Guys,
Having trouble with this achievement page. The achievement wordings is one actor itself which can be scrolled by the slider on the right. How can i contraint the Y position of the gold medal to the specific lines on the words while i scroll the page without messing up the medals position as well.
