um i think anything above like a google might start to bug out or something.
but by default there is no max speed.
if you want it to have a max speed, you go into the actor and look at the attributes and there will be a subcategory named motion. in there it will have a max speed attribute and a apply max speed attribute.
so if u want max speed to be 150 no matter what, just type in 150 to the max speed attribute and check off the box next to the apply max speed attribue
