Can't activate subscription

Hi!
I have purchased the express membership, and now i can't activate it anymore.
The strange thing is that it worked the first time i tried to activate it. Then i wanted to obtain
the iphone viewer but couldn't go to the download page on the gs website.
After i realized that my subscription wasn't working i went back to gs creator and -- bam --
either not working!
And now it says "No active subscription found for user" when i try to activate my membership in gs creator. (schroedinbug?)
Any Ideas?
