Gamesalad Viewer Guide needed

I am having trouble with installing GS Viewer onto my iPod Touch, from creating provisioning profiles to all the stuff you need to do via Xcode. I've tried following tshirtbooth's video tutorial but as it refers to older versions of software I'm getting a bit confused and nothing seems to work. Does anyone know of a more recent guide to doing this? Tried searching but could not find one.

Help appreciated.
