Help with controls

Hi I was creating a game for the iPhone and was adding controls. I got them to work but the problem is that they don't move with the camera so that they go off of the screen and you can no longer use them. Is there a way to keep the controls in the same position on the screen all the time? I think it will have to do with constraining the X and Y Positions but to what? Any help is appreciated.

just put the controls on a separate layer. Then in the layer panels uncheck scrollable.
