Game or Scene attributes?

Hi all,

Is there any performance advantage or disadvantage (purely performance now) in having scene attributes over game attributes? If I have an actor which needs to access an attribute across different scenes I tend to make it game attribute so i don't have to override the actor prototype. However, if there's a performance bonus in having them at scene level i'll start doing that.

Anyone?

Thanks

I found gameattributes better because often I used scene (actor) attributes in the past only to find I need them in other actors too.
The only advantage I find is that actor attributes are easier to find because a long list of game attributes are a hassle. But I believe Darren has a nice application to order game attributes.

Thank you both, I'm glad to hear I don't have to go changing that part of the project then :)

Another thing is that actor attributes are easier when you copy an actor to another project. All the attributes are copied with it whilst that is not the case with Game attributes, this results in empty or "0" behaviors.
