follow actor on collide

hey guys,
can anyone give me some tips on this. I want to have an actor sort of fly down from the top of the screen and then pic up another actor and then fly off the screen with that actor. It sort of work so far but I just cant get my actor to fly away with the other actor yet. Any ideas? Thanks.
