Im trying to make an application but i dont really know about copyrights, can somebody tell me how much percent does an image need to be edited so it wont be copyright? or can i combine images to make a new image in photoshop will it be copyrights?

Usually, you cannot even edit images and have it be legal in your game. I use http://www.OpenClipArt.com for all quick art like if i need a pineapple or something simple that I'm too lazy to make myself. The reason why its legal with http://www.OpenClipArt.com is because they explicitly say all the art on there is free of copyright.
