Not sure what you mean, do you mean a keyboard and that stuff?
Then yes, there is a way.

Search up keyboard in the GameSalad Application on your Mac, that will teach you some stuff about it. :P

I mean the kind you can add text to.

Ingame? Or just that you can make and put into your game? There is a display text behavior.

If you want to display some text inside a box like a magazine article, for instance, then check the 'Wrap inside actor' when you use the Display Text behavour.
