Actor Problem

Hi there so i tell you my problem at a simple scene. Lets say whe have a green box (actor 1) and a red box (actor 2). actor one can be moved via up down left and right at the keyboard. so heres my problem: how can i get actor 2 to chase actor 1?

ok i do all the post says but the actor who mst chase the player do nothing....
