Paying for your art!!

I was looking for a partner, and still may partner up with an artist at some point, but currently I am working on a game which I would like to purchase art for. There are 3 primary images I need, but also there will be more for whoever comes through on these 3 images. One of the images is going to be a background spanning 3 or 4 screens wide that is seamless. I have some images to give a general ideas. The other images I will mention in email or IM to keep the game private. This is my second game and I know what I'm doing, and if you come through I will pay

I have also contacted other artists and am waiting for replies so basically whoever can make this stuff quickly and efficiently I will have a lot of work for you in the future ( I have 3 games in progress right now and 3 in the app store )
