how do you legally team up with someone? offering a 15%

ok so is really annoying, frustrating, and time consuming having to wait so long for a answer that i do not now what to do,i really appreciate all the help i have get in the past year,and i understand everyone is busy with their games, anyways i want some one to help me with my games, reason iam offering a percentage is because i have no money to pay, and because you are not going to do all the coding, all i need is to someone to help me when i get stuck with something, you wont get question like, how to move left and right? i know a lot of stuff ,i think, but i get stuck when it comes to using formulas like, sin, cos, and all those math problems,so if you interesting you need to be really really good with gamesalad and be 21 year old, and yeah , or please let me know how can you help me out.

    Not to be a grammar nazi, but do you think you could split that into readable sentences?

    What exactly are you offering 15% of? Your profit, your company, your time?
    Why does the person need to be EXACTLY 21 years old?

    You haven't even really explained what you want said person to do... "Help me when I get stuck" isn't a good enough explanation for someone to consider investing their time in this.

    ok sorry my english is not my first language. i asked to be 21 a least because i read a post when somebody had problems because the partner was a minor.
    i need help with gamesalad when i cant figure out something, for example right now on my game i cant make the ball to collide only when velocity is less than 300, the problem is when goind left is on nevative so 500 will be -500 and will collide, which is not valid. jok ust like when you first started using gamesalad you asked some help? i need someone to help me when i cant do a task, and ones the game is making money( i hope) you get !5% from total sales. is just that i cant wait more than 8 hours to get a answer, yes i search but sometimes i cant find help.

    If you are worried about working with a minor, just ask for 18 or older. A lot of people will not work for a % because most apps are not that profitable.

    Honestly I doubt you will find anyone who will for for 15%. But you need to speak to an attorney for Legal advice cause you will get 10 different opinions and none of them really matter cause non of us that I know of are attorneys. If we were we'd prob be way to busy making the big bucks to fool with making a game.

    My advice thought is you need to write up a contract and only deal someone over 18.
