Does anyone know where i can find oriental sound effects for free on a website, ones that i can obviously use in a game, or is any music artist willing to make them for a budget of 30 euros (around 50 dollars)
There are some on The Photics Sound Effects collection, but I'm still in the process of getting my e-commerce system online. It used to be on Lulu, but the site changed.
@BSB ya but i tried that site, there is no point in just sending me a link not corresponding to oriental sounds at all, i could have just found this is the GS resources

@liquid games, I was gonna offer €100 ($170) for these tracks but if your verdict is no one will work, Then I will just use the free ones you kindly sent me a link too, @brightsoarkgames, thanks for the link buddy!, Sorry for the lack of manors, Is anyone up for the job??, Or does anyone know where ther is free ones??
Some of the sounds remind me of an old kung-fu movie. Is it exactly what you're searching for? I don't know. However, other members of this community have used the sound...
You could use a very old ( pre copyright ) movie about asia as a source for retro sounding music. ( Shamisens, kotos, taiko drums ). Search the web or there are people who still play classical styles of music NOW who might let you use it.
Alternately, I can make sort of Asian / world techno / hip hop music, like what you'd hear in Kill Bill, or Samurai Champlo.
and will accept your offered Euros if you want me to make you something.
Contact us if you'd like and check out some of our work on our site. Will happily compose and produce the sounds once a deal is struck. Free quote of course! Cheers.

Do a search for Taiko drum loops. nothing says ninja action like thundering Taiko drums. Slower stuff can use string instruments like the Ehru or Koto. The are a few packages out there for under 100 that will give you more than enough to use. If you play with GarageBand or Sound studio pro, you can mix to your hearts content.
