Publish to mac appstore in custom resolutions?

Hey ,
does anyone know if we can publish a mac app with a custom resolution?
i mean , i have an iPad portrait game , and i want to put it on the mac appstore ,
but the height of 1024 pixels is too big! big part of the game is out of the screen if not in full screen mode .
is it possible to make a 960x640 mac app? from what i tried its not possible but maybe i just don't know how to do this . I'm still new to this the Mac appstore thing .

EDIT:
I just downloaded papijump and its resolution is 600x910 so it is possible ,
i just don't know how to do this in GS , if its even possible. please help

    Technically, Arch Fiery on Mac is 960x640. I published it as a 480x320 iPhone app, but with the Retina Display graphics.

    I get what you are saying , but the actual window size is still 320x480 , i want the size of the
    window to be 960x640 and i can't get this result..
