You missed the live stream, shows over..

The condensed version :

4S, 16,32,64gb models, 8mp Camera, A5 Chip (7x gfx/gaming performance increase)

Main difference was (Siri) Voice Recognition, able to ask 'Where is the closest McDonalds' etc... will bring up the appropriate map or you can take notes or add a calendar event by just using your voice... pretty much do most things on the phone with your voice.
