Person Reselling GameSalad Templates?

Hey all,
I have just found this person, selling GameSalad templates exactly as purchased, on the App Store! Same graphics and everything! I see the Zanda template, Street Physics by Jay Lee Designs, and the Space Panda template. I find this a shame, since anyone else trying to make a game with the template has been beaten too it! Also, the Space Panda template seller said the you CANNOT sell the game with the included graphics and music, yet this is exactly what's happening.

I just wanted to see if there is anything the sellers of the templates or GameSalad could do about this.

Here is the link to the seller's artist page: http://itunes.apple.com/us/artist/maloose-apps/id449647573

Thanks,
Henry

Like sprite attack said, its been hassled to death in the past. The only things we could do to prevent this would be to either

A: Have some kind of check system when publishing through gamesalad and/or making the free account 100$

B: Watermark the art in the templates, or just don't give art. That way they have to do SOME work before they submit it.

Maloose apps is known for this crap. It's old news.

Closing this it has literally been beaten to death. Buried, Exhumed, and beaten all over again. Bottom line. Its in the Template sellers hands. No if, ands, or buts.

The only thing you can, and should, do is to report the space panda thing to the Dev who sold them template. Via a private channel and let him take it from their. Its his copyright that has been violated not yours.

    Thanks
