Randomly Collide has stopped working in .82

I waited for .82 before jumping in and updating Detonate!, but now that I have started working on it, I'm experiencing a few good-sized bugs. I can add new actors (walls) to my scene, but then for no apparent reason, some will decide that my collide rule doesn't apply to them and they'll fall thorough the floor!
The exact same actor, just another instance sitting right next to it won't fall through. I have rule, collide with actors with tag "Wall". Nothing has changed except moving to .82. One actor will listen to the rule, while another won't.
Furthermore, once that actor falls through the ground, the level freezes.
And if I save that buggy level, my whole game file get's corrupted and buggier still.
Luckily I have a saved "clean" version with no bugs.
