frames 34.5 why?

help my game have 34.5 frames seconds, is very little, no?

    No, that's fine. You should either target 60fps or 30fps. 30fps looks fine to the human eye, but 60fps gives an extra, smooth sheen and might make the game feel a bit more responsive. Over 60fps is diminishing returns. If your game has a solid 34.5 it will look good.
