I searched the file name of that image on google images and its like the second image that comes up. Can you assure this guy that thing is free to use?
Basically, images uploaded to the site are "certified" by the uploaders that they're in the public domain, or Creative Commons CC0 license (details here: http://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/)
