Display text over a few lines
Hey guys,
Alex again with another question. I created a Button which has the function to show a text when getting pressed. So far so good, but the problem appears at longer texts over 2-3 lines, then it only shows a few words of my written text. How can I change the displayText to more lines?!
thank you...
greetings Alex

The first way is to check Wrap inside actor in the Display Text behavior and resize your actor accordingly. The last time I did this though, I seem to remember a small bug, because it doesn't wrap whole words.
The second way is to type each line as you want; the end of each line, press alt return. (Shift return also seems to work but I personally haven't tested that beyond GS Preview).

I do not understand your second way to solve this problem, if I go into the actor and add a new displayText I can't press alt return!
The second way: in the field in the Display Text behavior where you want to type your multiple lines, type your first line, then press alt return. Type your second line, then press alt return. Type your third line, etc.
Hope that helps.

Refering to the first way, where do I find Wrap?!
Thanks a lot
