outside touch camera problem

Hi All,
My actor is controlled by 'outside' touch, which works fine on a regular size scene but on a larger
scene I can't control it when it goes past a certain point.
I tried Tshirtbooths camera offset fix but it only seems to work when following the mouse.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
