Problem: Picture could not be imported, please help!

Hey, today when i opened i tried to import a picture ( PNG ) and it just said these exact words:

A problem occurred while importing files
The following file could not be imported:
GreenBG-2.png

GreenBG-2.png is the file or photo that im trying to import.
PLEASE HELP!!

why cant you rename it? you can post the image on here if you want or send it to me and ill see if i can get it in a project
