i hate this mac i can't find or do anything like on pc

ok so i search google how to download apps for this mac, and when i click on top links i get this message of not found. i am trying to download this app called sfxr that i have on my iPod, on my iPod i create a sound and email to my self but when scanning it says no virus and click continue but nothing happens, so i try to look for a similar app for a mac but i can't find nothing not even on iTunes.

after download it i get this files but i can't manage to install the app

so the new xcode 4.2 1.68gb for lion i have to download it from itnes? , it says its free so i guess i dint not have to pay for the 99$?

I think you are in way over your head. Spend some time reading the documentation, you only need to pay the $99 to apple to become a developer, not to install apps.

If you are trying to download Xcode projects to compile and install on your phone, you do need the $99 developer fee, but that is an advanced topic that it sounds like you are not ready for.
