★★★ DBA GS Breakout Builder : Free Tool ★★★

Hi Everyone,
Just spent a few hours porting over a Level Design tool we built early this year. The tool was built to help create Complex levels in a Breakout type iOS game. But with a few tweaks I've got it so it creates you a GameSalad Project, with all the actors placed on the scene for you.
You can change the grid size, import pictures and colour up the cells as you like, the tool will 'pixelate' your images to the current Grid setup. Click the Export button and Ta-Da.. A GameSalad Project is created.
This version is set to create an iPad Portrait GameSalad Project only, but it's completely Free.
Not 100% sure on the memory or speed side of things, as you can have a lot of Actors going on, which can slow down GS, but give it a go, create some wacky Breakout levels :-)
Cheers

Defiantly gonna use this one for the next update to The Loonimals Toy Box
Thank you DBA !
Roy.
For some reason I get an out of bound exception when trying to load the sample images (or any image). I'm probably doing something wrong...

Gabby, not sure why it's not working for you, just tested it out again, and all seems to be ok. Send me a mail with the steps you are taking to cause the problem, and I'll look into it.
CBL, haha.. We don't sound anything alike... Do we? We are definitely different people, but we do work closely on a lot of projects. AND if we were the same person, I'd be sunning it up on a beach right now - not stuck in windy, cold, damp England!.
Cheers

Glad you guys are loving the 2. Latest free tools.
Darren.
Didn't had time to play with it the last few days, but when I did I managed figured my mistake in 2 minutes.
There is an exception that you might want to catch, but it happens when the user (me) makes a mistake. I tried to load an image using 'Load Design' instead of 'Load BG Image'.
Everything works great when I'm pressing the right buttons
Thanks again for a great tool.
