Survey style App

Hi everyone -- I'm brand new and psyched about using this program. I have a question though.... is this program able to create a survey/ questionnaire style App. I want to create an App where the user responds to questions (yes or no) and their score is tallied and they are presented with a classification based upon their score.

Is that something this program is able to do/ is there a template for that sort of App? Or is this for games only? If for games only.... do any of you know a program similar to this that will allow me to create a survey App (with cool graphics) without needing to code?

Yeah. This is possible. And I'm actually pretty sure that it is very simple to do as well. I have never done anything of the sort, though.
