I'm a professional illustrator (who doesn't play computer games) but has been searching for over a year and a half for software that might allow an idiot like me to make interactive children's book/apps. After a few dismal false starts I was pointed to GameSalad.
What a revelation!
This is an absolutely amazing piece of software. And the potential for producing books/apps for children is extremely exciting.
But when you consider that I know nothing about mathematics, failed every maths exam at school, and dropped it as a subject as soon as I possibly could, the fact that I now wake up at 4 o'clock in the morning suddenly realising what cosine, tangent or random expressions will actually allow me to do is, in itself, a remarkable achievement.
Well done.

Look forward to see what you come up with

I totally recognize the thing you are going through.
I sucked at math in high school, was drawing comics in my book instead
And now I use cos, tan, sin, and formula's with loads of brackets and actually understand what I am doing (most of the times).
So, welcome here and where are your illustrations? Do you have a site?
Cheers,
