I don't, I'm afraid, but you could try and find a 'programming for dummies' book I guess.
To be honest, this forum is full of people that have gone down that route, and come to GameSalad because it's quicker and easier, if a little limited in certain areas.
I'd never knock anyone for wanting to learn something new, but realistically it will take months for anyone to get any good at programming from scratch I reckon.
I second what QS has said. Been programming/developing internally for various business' internal tools (both web and non-web) for years. GS is a fast track if what you want to do falls within GS' current limitations.
I know I have about 50 ideas or so for apps, and GS could probably produce about 40-45 of them (although a lot could benefit from features not currently in GS like server based leaderboards, use of built-in camera, use of music library, etc.).
I'd run down your list of games and see if any could be swung in GS. More than likely a few could.
itunes university has a whole course on programming for the the iphone sdk including objective-c. it has video and pdf slides taught by stanford university...for free.
Thanks for that Harrio, I'll look into that, but also totally agree with QS and Rebumpo on this.
And Rebump, congratulations on your correct use of the word 'than'. I've decided that it would take too long for me to have a go at everyone who used 'then', so I'm now going to congratulate people who use 'than' instead
no problem slow. i agree with them also. it's just that those of us who do or can program, run into particular and pesky annoyances with gs, where we say to ourselves,' this would be simple to do in code...', but then the reality of that burly monster otherwise known as 'objective-c' slaps us into whimpering ufc-style submission.

Good luck, regardless,
