Lines' Paint tool

I am trying to create the same effect to the Lines tool in Paint.net or even in powerpoint, and not a free-style pencil.

So the origin point should be the first click on the scene, then the line changes in length with the mouse, so the line's length = the distance between original point x,y and the current mouse position.

Is that even possible on GS?

and to make this possible, i don't want the line to rotate from its 'center' but from its starting point.

I did that RSK, but all of them were based on dots or free-style drawing.
