Help me with ball breaker style game!!!! PLEASE!!!!!

Hi, I would like to create a breakout game in protrait mode but I have tried in every way and are not able to arrange the movement of the ball.
My problem is that when the ball bounces, I can not bounce it properly. Someone could advise me how or send me an example?
