I need seriously help

I cant solve my problem and I have been like this for 2 weeks i cant understand how to spawn a random actor at a random time, not the same random time, I want this time to be random every time it is spawned, so I was wondering if i can send my game to someone that could fix my problem and re send it? if you know of someone please let me know
