Interpolate text color to zero?

I'll be the first to admit, I have my blond moments... but I am trying to take a 3 second timer and when it hits zero, the zero disappears. I am using a text display. But I don't even see an option for that. Am I totally missing something?

    LOL I am a blond! I just used a destroy actor behavior. It is late here, so that is my excuse :) Not as pretty as an interpolate but it gets the job done. If I am missing someone about interpolate, please someone inform me.
