Uploading a paid app

I want to upload a paid app how do i that? i have to buy the certificate, also get the xcode from game salad, how do i get the xcode from gamesalad? also how, where an when do i get the check if my app is bought from users? I know is complicated but how I upload a paid app what do o have to do? And how do i change a free app to a paid app

I will appreciate if you help me out thank you :)

    There are some guides to this online but here is a short overview. It's the same work for free or paid apps.

    You need to register for a developer account with apple, $99
    Next you have a bunch of apple contracts and info to take care of on their site.
    Then you can download Xcode for free and follow tshirtbooth's guide to setting that up.
    After than you made profiles and register development devices.
    You use the GS publish tool to make a native version of your app to test it on local hardware.
    That all goes well you make another profile for the app store.
    In iTunes Connect you make an entry for you app at set the price there. You can change the price to free or any allowed amount at any time.
    Use the GS publish tool with that profile.
    Then that file gets uploaded to apple.
    In about a week you get approved and it's in the store.
