update: it works however, i have to turn/tilt the iphone almost a full circle for it to move, why?

My accelerometer is -0.1 and 0.1 for left and right movement. Thanks

Did you check the settings for the accel output and triggering while you were building the game by using the viewer on device?

You mention -0.1 and 0.1 as trigger settings. Have you tried any other numbers when you were testing the game on device?

Is the game landscape or portrait?

I would try a lot of different settings and you might try downloading one of the demos in the editor that give number readings as you play with the device. There is one called 'AccelTester22' which I think does this or you could write the values to a real number attribute and capture numbers that seem to have the right feel.

sorry I can't be of more help. I'm trying to hit a deadline. Kipper
