Developer with parents permission?

I am 17 years old, and from Austria. In Austria a person is punishable from the age of 14. And an adult at the age of 18. So, can I have a Developer Account with permission of my parents to do that or do I don't need that for having an account?

Thx for reply

I knew it! You were under 18! Thats why you were asking so many questions with lots of ambiguity and lack of information. Now personally, I consider a 17 year old an adult, but thats just my age perspective. Yes you need your parents permission! You have to fill out your bank information and tax information and all sorts of legal stuff that only your parents would probably know. Unless you know it yourself!

Actually you need more than your parents permission. Apple does not allow anyone under 18 to open a developer account. So your account will have to be in your parents name. So you have to have more than just a sure what the heck. Ultimately the payments are made in your parents name which mean taxes are their problem as well. And yes I know there are users here who have Mis represented themselves to apple and Fine whatever its your problem if they find out. But the right and legal way is your parents need to have the account until you are a legal adult. Most anywhere under 18 means you cannot be bound to a contract which is why many places will not do business with someone underage.
