how i reset my highscore when is transferring via adhoc?

ok so finally i was able to figure out the saving and loading, but now when i transfer my file via adhoc to my iPod and i play level 1, my highscore is like showing 1303 as score, like it should be 0 since this is the first time i play it, so i believe this is a score that i got when i played in the preview or gs software, so how do i do it when i star the game on the iPod all scores are at 0?
