HELP WITH CERTIFICATES!

I know is the incorrect forum but the one that has the most views, I registered my developer account (99 dollars) as an individual but in order to upload a certificate that I made in my computer it appears as pending issue, I investigated what this meant but it just turns out that the team admin needs to approve it but I dont have a team... Its just me by myself and I dont know why I dont appear as a team admin if Im the leader what do I do? Any suggestions? Thank you...
